Excellent experience at this hotel, it literally saved our trip!! As we had booked an Airbnb across the rd at the marina (which turned out to be pretty grim!) so we moved out!!The next morning we walked over the road and asked if we could check out the rooms here (which are lovely) they showed us a garden view room - very clean spacious and well equipped - we were given an early check in and breakfast! Amazing staff and service.The pool and beach area are lovely and it’s very peaceful and relaxing ( mainly couples and groups of friends this time of year) highly recommend this hotel for the price and quality provided.(Booked online for the best rate)

Advantages: Everything , staffs, rooms, breakfast, facilities, honesty of the staffs when my handbag was forgotten and they found it and brought it back to me, my gold bracelet left in the room. Reception staffs, the spa coordinator ladies, massages and treatments. One of Best hotel with well trained welcoming staffs. I will be back soon inshallah. Disadvantages: Nothing.

The hotel improved a lot since last time in 2023.The hotel is perfect for couples and families. Not recommended for party lovers.It is a nice place to go. Unfortunately I didn't had much time to spend there.

A wonderful hotel and a stunning property. You can tell it was thoughtfully designed and has a rich history - I absolutely loved the vintage luxury vibe of this place. I was also really impressed by the approach to guests; the staff is warm, helpful, and always happy to chat.We only had breakfast included, and it turned out to be excellent. The wide variety of vegetarian and even vegan options (fried and cooked vegetables, chickpeas, lentils, fruit, fresh salads, etc.) definitely deserves a mention. The food and drinks at the restaurants are well-priced, delicious, and also feature good vegetarian choices.The pool is great, and the hotel's private section of the beach is a big plus. The garden is gorgeous, filled with flowers and cats that look really well cared for. The staff doesn't chase them away; they live in perfect harmony with the guests. I deeply appreciate hotels that care for all their guests, including the animal ones. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied.The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. You really feel welcome as a guest here. Overall, everything was excellent and our expectations were exceeded.We will be very happy to come back and can definitely recommend this hotel to others! Advantages: Perfect hygiene. Great food and very varied. Back-Office, Management and a la carte Restaurant Staff, helpful and very Professional. Distinct people. Disadvantages: I didn't like the service in the bar. The Director of the same is arrogant! At a certain age, he thinks he can do whatever he wants. ..very boorish, snobbish and conceited! It does not maintain the order and respect that should be in this respectful 4 star Hotel! SEE PHOTO...!!! In the evening I no longer go for after dinner!! Not welcoming environment even at the SPA.

​Among all the establishments that we visited, it is by far the one that offers the most greenery and vegetation. Despite the charm of its classical architecture, the hotel is remarkably well maintained.

​The attention to detail and service is simply impressive :

​* Generosity and attention: This is the only hotel where beach towels have been distributed to us free of charge and directly at the beach, for each member of the family, including our children.

​* Exceptional catering: Although we were on the accommodation with breakfast (LPD) formula, the quantity, freshness and overall quality of the food leave us in no doubt about the excellence of all the hotel's catering.

​* Exemplary responsiveness: Each request is processed at lightning speed. The switchboard always responds immediately and finds a solution without waiting.

​* A magical customer service: Anecdotally, my wife had made a simple discreet remark to me about a detail to improve at the restaurant. The head of the rank came to our table as if by magic to understand the situation, and solved the problem beyond all our expectations!

​In conclusion: It is a magnificent experience that we recommend with our eyes closed to all people looking for calm, tranquility and high standing, and who are not necessarily looking for an All Inclusive formula.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel I went alone and I found a real haven of peace it is a quiet relaxing hotel that is exactly what I was looking for only a small downside I reported several times that I had to change the sheets due to some traces on the sheets but the maid came several times without doing it.. otherwise overall everything was perfect the hotel is very clean as well as the room despite my bed linen problem. Very welcoming staff thank you for your services.
